Water leaks found
before the street does
Aqua Logic watches reservoir level and the flow of water along the pipeline around the clock. When water starts escaping, the system names the zone it is escaping from and puts a technician on the way, instead of sending a crew to walk the line.
From a hidden leak to a technician on site
Four steps, all of them automatic until the moment a person is needed.
Sensors watch the line
Four flow sensors sit along the pipeline, one after the valve and one after each zone, and an ultrasonic sensor tracks the reservoir level.
The system finds the zone
A leak shows up as a flow sensor reading less than the one before it. The first sensor to read low names the zone just before it as the one losing water.
A technician is assigned
The system picks the next technician on the rotation, shows the operator who is on it, and puts their number one tap away.
Everything is written down
Every leak, every report from the public and every dispatch is stored, so there is a record of what happened and who attended.
What the system keeps an eye on
Reservoir level
Live tank level with a warning long before the reservoir runs dry, so refills are planned instead of rushed.
Flow along the pipe
Four flow sensors along the line. Where the flow drops away from the first one is where the leak is.
Water balance
Water entering the line against water leaving it. A gap between the two means water is going somewhere it should not.
Reports from the public
Anyone who sees water in the street can report it. The report lands on the operator's screen straight away.
Maintenance rotation
A standing team list. Work is shared out evenly, so the same person is not called every single time.
Incident history
A full record of leaks, acknowledgements, dispatches and reports, kept in one place for every operator to see.
